In our mystery basket camp, attendees will divide into two groups.  Each day there is a different theme including Italian, All-American, and Asian.
Each group will use a recipe to prepare one dessert from the day’s cuisine.
Then the real fun begins…each group will receive a trained assistant and a mystery basket.  The groups will work to create two dishes to represent the cuisine of the day with these basket items and our pantry staples.

This is a hands-on camp designed for those age 10+ with basic kitchen knowledge.
