Pork is considered the other white meat, but many people don’t know how to cook it!  This simple recipe is oven roasted with a barbecue flavored combination of everyday spices and citrus.   We pair the pork with a creamy homemade macaroni and cheese casserole.    This meal makes two pork tenderloins and a pound of macaroni and cheese so it can easily feed up to six people.
