Learn the technique for making traditional Italian biscotti with this baking kit.  The recipe makes 2-3 dozen chocolate chip biscotti and includes variations so that you can add your own twist the next time you make it by adding nuts along with other suggested flavor combinations.
There are no nuts included in the kit.
