Students will work with a professional cake designer to learn how to make and decorate a six-inch layer cake with buttercream frosting and fondant.

Each day students will build upon their skills and at the end of the camp, they will take home their creations.  While cakes are setting cookies and cupcakes will also be made and decorated.   The class fee includes a decorating set with bag, coupling, and tips.
