Mid Week Meal Kits:
Mid Week Meal Kits feed families of 2 or 4, are ready-to-eat, and are incredibly allergy sensitive.
These kits are pre-ordered by Monday for pick-up on Wednesday between 12 and 5 pm.
We prepare only the amount ordered so walk-ins are not guaranteed a meal kit the day of.

Via 45 To Go Nights:
This Tuesday event is full of favorite dinners from Via45 chefs Lauren and Claudette!
Dinners are served ready to eat and MUST be pre-ordered on our site.
Pick up is on Tuesday from 5-630pm.
Grab n Go:
Every Monday through Friday we offer grab and go options to walk-in customers.
These options are allergy sensitive and tagged as such.
Stop in for a healthy treat.
Menu changes seasonally and we offer weekly specials and smoothies too!

WITH OUR LIMITED SEATING AND THE UPFRONT COSTS OF FOOD AND ITS PREPARATION WE MAINTAIN A STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY. ALL COOKING CLASS AND EVENT SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
THIS POLICY IS FIRM, EVEN IN LIGHT OF COVID 19. WE WORK EXTREMELY HARD TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE SO IF YOU CAN NOT ATTEND YOU CAN ALWAYS SEND SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR PLACE, BUT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
YOU MAY ALWAYS REACH OUT TO SEE IF WE CAN HELP YOU SELL YOUR SEATS ON YOUR BEHALF. IF WE ARE ABLE TO DO SO, A CREDIT FOR A FUTURE, SCHEDULED COOKING CLASS WILL BE ISSUED.
TASTE & TECHNIQUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A PROGRAM. IF WE CANCEL, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. WHEN A CLASS IS CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL OR PHONE. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ATTEND A CLASS DUE TO WEATHER-RELATED CONCERNS, OUR STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES.
