Claudette of Via45 on the Road will be hosting this fun and interactive make-and-take, featuring her delicious meatless lasagna.

Each attendee will watch Claudette make her red sauce and demo the products and techniques to create the perfect lasagna.

Then each attendee will work to prepare their very own half pan of lasagna to take home!

On-site ampling of Claudette’s lasagna is a sure thing as well! This make-and-take feeds 8-10 people.
