A Hoisin Siracha sauce flavors this one dish dinner that includes bone-in chicken thighs, cauliflower, red pepper and sweet potatoes.  I love sheet pan suppers for the ease of preparation and clean up and this one boasts some Asian flavors that makes it a family favorite.  Simply add all the ingredients to one pan and roast at a high temperature for a hearty dinner for 4-6 people.

For this meal you will need a sheet pan and aluminum foil.
